還挺好，兼顧瞭理論和實踐，但感覺操作要點上不是很細，這個可能還是後齣轉精。前半本的一些觀點讀起來很有味，後半本篇幅太多花在nightmare和benefits上，不是很重要。

Laberg的應用野心很大，我還是覺得他的指導建議裏摻雜三觀不正的東西。一邊說認識論上要有批判性和保留性，一邊在混用各種宗教和主義裏的詞匯，太混亂瞭。
