李光耀，曾任新加坡总理（开国元首）、新加坡最高领导人。李光耀为新加坡的独立及崛起做出卓越贡献，被誉为“新加坡国父”。他不仅是现今新加坡政坛极具影响力的人物，也是亚洲乃至世界著名的政治家之一。2015年3月23日因病医治无效去世，享年91岁。

In this book, Lee draws on that wealth of experience and depth of insight to offer his views on today’s world and what it might look like in 20 years. This is no dry geopolitical treatise. 不算杂志的话，今年最喜欢的一本英文书

李光耀最后一本书，我觉得还是很坦诚的，不避讳于他各种政治不正确的个人看法。九十高龄的老人还能思路清晰，综合全面的点评各国时事。只是他把智力水平看的太重，个人觉得智商未见得是那么有决定性的。
