She reveals how decision makers draw from ideas about talent—what it is, what best signals it, and who does (and does not) have it—that are deeply rooted in social class. 感覺是純發議論啊，舉的例子沒太大說服力，而且明顯是蹦著早已定下的主題去的；好多列舉的數據也沒有齣處，你說什麼就是什麼吧。其實對於pedigree英國人已經開始動搖瞭，美國人還不願意承認，而我大天朝早就認識到瞭，從高考是不是寒門唯一的齣路到各種二代就能看齣來。沒啥科學性，棄瞭。
