评分这本不长的书我也看了六个月才看完,也是很佩服自己。
评分读了大半本,还是弃了。理论基本全是cliche,真的没人不知道好吗。例子全是自己的personal 和anecdotal story外加“我家facebook如何如何”,太狭窄了咱能来点不一样的观点么。再看文笔和写作,生硬引用名人名言还有反问句,真的停留在高中SAT水平了,读着不要太尴尬。讲management的书还有很多更好的,这本令人很失望。
评分是当老板后读的第一本书。非常浅显易懂,从头到尾一字不落读完了,但是并没有觉得学到太多。
评分对忽然要管几十人甚至几百人的互联网第一代管理者,是个值得多翻翻的小册子。谈到了有很多不易言传的坑,也有很多理想主义在里面。现在越来越觉得,corporate governance和political savviness可能是会并存的两个东西,对前者的优化不一定带来后者的降低。 理解他人,达成共识,真是世界上最难的事情之一了。
