Life energy的提法很有意思。這本簡直就是和 I will teach you to be rich對著乾，前者要求關注，後者要求極簡。同時間管理一樣，隻有記錄好瞭，纔知道時間花在哪裏。交叉點的圖示法相信應該很有衝擊力。
