讀的第一本綜閤性的心理學書籍，斷斷續續讀瞭一年多，終於讀到瞭後記，作為一個理科生，個人感覺非常好看，推薦給任何有好奇心的人。作者在後記裏對書的評價還是蠻中肯的："at once solidly scientific and warmly human, factually rigorous and intellectually provocative."心理學的作用也說得很有概括性："a knowledge of social psychology has the power to restrain intuition with critical thinking, illusion with understanding, and judgmentalism with compassion."
