在飞机上快速扫了一遍，没想到是管理寓言体。道理讲的比较简单：真诚关注别人/不自欺/注意记别人的姓名等。书中例子举的还挺不错，如半夜孩子哭闹/飞机上占座位等。让我在困倦的情况下，有兴趣读完，还有一定收获。
