在飞机上快速扫了一遍，没想到是管理寓言体。道理讲的比较简单：真诚关注别人/不自欺/注意记别人的姓名等。书中例子举的还挺不错，如半夜孩子哭闹/飞机上占座位等。让我在困倦的情况下，有兴趣读完，还有一定收获。

kindle组里有人推荐的，还有人很热心的上传了附件，于是直接转发，放到kindle里面，很久，懒得看。因为作者的名字很奇怪，美国亚宾泽协会。有一天闲着没什么事做，就打开来看了。有的书，真的具有改变人的思想的力量。这就是一本。可惜要看到一本能改变人的书实在是机遇难...

难得好书，故事讲得十分精彩。勇于担当，勇于责任，不找借口，不责怪他人。这样的人那怕也会遇人不淑，总的来说获得成就是必然。到底如何跳出盒子讲得很隐晦，只能意会于心。一心担责、不自我背叛与自我欺骗。将他人当“人”，同理心，同情心，顺应自己应该为别人做事的感觉...
