我看的是法译版的《Le livre de cuisine d'Alice Toklas》。这书是我最喜欢的厨房书，暂无并肩者。一是因为作为美国人的作者是在以接触法国文化及法国艺术的心态去接触法国厨艺，这种心态和视角，轻易便激起了同样作为外国人的我的共鸣，二来，这本满是食谱的书中竟然没有一张插图！全书的内容纯朴得只剩下对美食的体会，艺术的欣赏，和大量实践中留下的大师级的笔记，这对每一个真正热爱美食，热衷于实践与探索的美食爱好者而言，是极为过瘾的且帮助甚大的。如果你也同样爱好法国美食，我诚意地向你推荐这本书。
