With her testing background, Jennifer has managed teams of architects, developers, and testers. She has led multiple large-scale outsourced projects. Between the two of them, they have managed every aspect of software development. Andrew and Jennifer formed Stellman & Greene Consulting in 2003, with a focus on project management, software development, management consulting, and software process improvement. 评分这本书还是很不错的,以前经常看到head First系列的书,但一直没翻开看过。初次看,感觉还不错。我是个不爱看书的人,偏向于实践学习类型,但还是对这本书比较有好感。生动活泼的多维度展现PMP内容,使看书不再枯燥。不过读过中文版后建议再读下英文版,中文翻译还是有些不足的...
