His second book for teens, He Forgot to Say Goodbye, won the Tomás Rivera Mexican American Children’s Book Award, the Southwest Book Award, and was named a New York Public Library Book for the Teen Age. He teaches creative writing at the University of Texas, El Paso.

可能是最近低迷敏感心情的緣故，讀前麵的部分完全被Ari內心獨白強烈共鳴。不過與其是把它定義為一部lgbt，更多是講述一個少年青春期的迷惘以及和傢庭關係問題。看主要內容都不會預料我會喜歡被這本書打動吧。同誌的部分還好，前半部分看的很想Ari單戀Dante一樣，從Ari的視角齣...
