The author addressed this heavy subject with clarity and compassion. Details of the various forms of decline portrayed in this book are difficult to stomach, but at the same time fed the curious mind

最近在考虑人生的问题 死 太可怕了

via Memory's Last Breath. 这本书比较 technical，不是 Atul Gawande 的那种人文关怀风格。讲 dementia 的部分挺让人受震动的。另一个问题是书比较旧了。

我不仅是必然会死，我而且是必须要死，想到这里的时候，死亡仿佛从遥远的时间那头一下跨过来到我面前，直直盯着我，好像我马上将要死去，好像我突然明白何为死去。下一刻，存在的感觉从未有过的强烈。
