估計好多人不是很明白這兩個詞中的區彆，但是確實存在，也確實能引發你的思考，在敏捷實踐發展的同時，對軟件工作量的估算還在製約著很大一部分軟件人。看瞭這書讓我覺得裏麵很多話都足夠經典，也需要我們能重視起來。估算不僅僅是門統計的算法，更是項目管理的藝術。

書上羅列瞭一係列的方法，看的時候都覺得蠻有道理的，也都想著要運用到實踐中去，但是等迴過頭來一看又不是怎麼好運用，也不知道從何下手。可能問題不是齣在書上麵，而是軟件本身的估算就需要經驗的積纍
