爱德华多·加莱亚诺(Eduardo Hughes Galeano)，男，1940年生，乌拉圭记者、作家和小说家，生于蒙得维的亚，14岁时创作的政治漫画被报刊采用，先后担任过周刊、日报的记者、编辑、主编。1973年乌拉圭发生军事政变后入狱。曾流亡12年并被列入阿根廷军事政权的死亡名单。其作品已被翻译为超过20种语言。著有《火的记忆》（1986）和《拉丁美洲被切开的血管》（1971）。2010年荣获斯蒂格·达格曼奖。

能看到这本书的原因是看完美剧《毒枭》，对拉美国家政府在大毒枭面前如此无力的原因产生了兴趣，进而顺藤摸瓜，找到了《血管》。看到有的书友说它很左，我认为无所谓左右，因为真相永远是中立客官的。 作者是新闻记者出身，写作风格环环相扣，感情真挚，读起来没有啃社会学学术...  

《拉丁美洲被切开的血管》一书，很早就知道，我甚至忘了了解的途径。今年在书店看到有新版问世，就购入，甚至在自己还没拆开封皮的时候，就推荐给朋友，还送了2本出去。 本书从导读部分，就很有趣。导读提到一位智利妇女将该书裹在婴儿尿布里逃离圣地亚哥，我猜这位妇女就是伊...

开始还不错，长姿势。不过后来越来越啰嗦。。。。

Biased and whining

左翼作家对资本主义国家掠夺剥削拉美的控诉，感情丰沛，语言优美，比喻充满想象力。不过有时候太主观了，对史实和数据有操纵之感。

简单说就是欧美对拉美的历史性经济残害（奴隶对待，资源掠夺，资本扩张）
