看过Yuval Harari略显无奈的Homo Deus之后，看这本Awaken the Giant Within，可以说是一剂解药。这本书的核心思想是我们的身体，心情，感受，信念，认知，甚至命运都可以由我们自己来掌控。作者并不只是宣扬一种信念，而是结合自己多年的经验，就如何成为更好的自己给出了非常多的实用方法。只要持续不断地反思，学习，实践这些方法，我相信每个人完全可以轻松成为自己真正想成为的人，做成想做成的事。也许我们不好改变自己的物理构造，但我们能改变的也已经足够多了。就像计算机，硬件和硬件的指令不好改变，但操作系统，和其他各式各样的软件和数据，足以创造出千差万别，缤纷五彩的种种世界。

今天终于读完了Tony Robbins的《Awaken the giant within》，书都快被我翻烂了，买下到现在有4个月了，因为太厚，中间总断断续续，一共看了其他3本书才把这本看完。500多页，是我目前看过的最厚的personal development类的书了，但也是内容最丰富的。真的从里面学到了很多。现在的我已经不再是刚买这本书时的我了。

Sounds bullshitting. Agree with the conditioning—link change to pleasure emotionally—part. Yet remain suspicious with its effects. Finish the audiobook while doing my laundry. Fear the little I picked up has already gone down the sink.
