I have been reading this book from Tony for a while, it is a long book and requires time and focus if you want to absorb maximum result from it. I have to say, this is one of the best books that I have read so far. Tony used his own examples and explained his knowledge obtained from other successful people, telling a story that everyone has a giant

Sounds bullshitting. Agree with the conditioning—link change to pleasure emotionally—part. Yet remain suspicious with its effects. Finish the audiobook while doing my laundry. Fear the little I picked up has already gone down the sink.

今天終於讀完瞭Tony Robbins的《Awaken the giant within》，書都快被我翻爛瞭，買下到現在有4個月瞭，因為太厚，中間總斷斷續續，一共看瞭其他3本書纔把這本看完。500多頁，是我目前看過的最厚的personal development類的書瞭，但也是內容最豐富的。真的從裏麵學到瞭很多。現在的我已經不再是剛買這本書時的我瞭。
