或許是天資愚鈍，關於黎曼幾何的書之前雜七雜八地翻過一些，但總覺得入不瞭門。但一看do Carmo的這本書，就好像忽然間開瞭竅一樣，覺得那些概念和工具原來都是那麼清楚和可愛。一口氣把它給讀完瞭，現在正在迴頭做上麵的習題。

能看的進去，作為一個非數學齣身的。

超級elementary的書，幾乎沒有用活動標架法。。而且作者師從Chern，怎麼會不用相同的符號呢。。再加幾句話。。這本書幾乎沒怎麼講共形的問題，而且實在是很elementary，基本上現在看來就是本科普書啊，真要學幾何分析的話這裏的例子還是少瞭點，也沒怎麼講對稱空間，講過最復雜的例子也隻是復射影空間，像是一些典型群上麵的有意義的度量也沒怎麼講，推薦在看完這本書之後看Morse theory，Jurgen Jost的那本幾何分析，以及Cheeger和Ebin的那本關於比較定理的書
