Matt Haig was born in Sheffield, England in1975. He writes books for both adults and children, often blending the worlds of domestic reality and outright fantasy, with a quirky twist. His bestselling novels are translated into 28 languages. 其实还好啦，就关键是需要知道自己并不独特。产生共情。让人觉得，咦作者都能好转，那我也能。另外，作者那时候的女友，之后的妻子，简直是抑郁病患的模范伴侣好吧。而且其实确实挺适合亲友看的……

一本温暖的小书很好看

生无可恋的读完了，还是原版看着舒服。

对depression的心理状态描写很真实可信，哪怕没有经历过看着也很难受，有些部分甚至能找到同感，但并不觉得作者回答了书名的问题，对治愈的过程也没有详细的描述，作者还是太幸运，有个不离不弃照顾他那么多年的女友。对药物治疗的态度存疑。
