Irvin D. Yalom is an emeritus professor of psychiatry at Stanford University and a psychiatrist in private practice in San Francisco. He is the author of many books, including Love’s Executioner, Theory and Practice in Group Psychotherapy, and When Nietzsche Wept.

太多死亡的内容了。我上午还说想看他关于死亡的那本书，我现在退却了。 我问自己：如果我马上要死了，我会怎么做。 以前我回答过这个问题，我会说：我要去和每一位朋友交谈，去感谢他们；然后去旅行，也或许不；和自己最爱的人度过最后的时光。 然而我现在发现，我并没有真正...  

读亚隆的书是从《爱情刽子手》开始，而后一发不可收拾。读到后来，某些书已经没有中译本，抑或是中译本不好找。只好不再躲懒，找了英文原版来读。亚隆的原版书通俗易懂，没有太多生僻字或专业词汇，读起来也容易。虽然这么说，还是要比看中文版慢了很多，再加上其他事情，断断...  

很早之间就让绪路给我推书，永远能清晰出现在她的推荐目录里（不包括耽美修仙以及推理小说），就是这本《浮生一日》。一开始因为台译本和大陆本的译名区别还一度找不到，差点花80人民币买台译本…… 这次我因为生活中大大小小，言之无味的磨难决定休学兼失业回家学习后，就开...  

欧文·亚龙 不经意间先后参加了团体辅导和读书会，于是开启了欧文·亚龙的阅读。说实话并不是很喜欢亚龙的写作方式，总觉得抓不住他的重点，就像这本一日浮生，一共十个故事，经常看着下一个就忘了上一个讲的什么，甚至一个故事看后半部分时就记不起前面是什么！只有当尼采哭...

有点失望。可能是我太年轻了 不能明白为什么如今在Yalom的眼里 所有的问题都归结于对死亡的不正确认识呢？

aging and death issues...guess the therapists’ own concerns inevitably affect their interpretations of patients’ ailments. especially fond of the 8th and 10th stories. all of us are creatures of a day, the rememberer and the remembered alike. And in the light (or shadow) of that, to know how to live. How to live now.

yalom的心理咨询一直都自我反思自我治疗的良药～～

非常推荐：作者是个非常有名Stanford的心理医生，有很多作品。这本书里面有十个故事，主要讲的就是如何处理对死亡的恐惧，里面充满了作者的智慧，以及有很详细的他帮助开解病人的方法。最喜欢的故事就是"you must give up the hope for a better past."
