新年第一本，看來基本上還是on track的。第一部分讀瞭很久，一直在想要不要放棄算瞭，因為實在很悶。一個老人迴憶初戀，略有點前言不搭後語，想到哪裏說到哪裏，很多地方都覺得於情理不符，不閤邏輯。當然也有很多金句（Barnes真是特彆會寫句子，看他之前兩本書也是恨不得通篇h...

以前覺得Julian Barnes沒有Ian Mcewan好。Ian的短句總是又美又隱忍，Julian囉裏八嗦太直白。現在覺得其實julian的故事很簡單，更真實。第二章兩個人falling apart的部分寫的真是厲害，太絕望瞭太無力瞭太人性瞭。。。
