不知道是否是因為譯者經過瞭中國大陸一段比較艱難混亂的曆史，導緻其沒有受到係統的外語教育。總體感覺這書翻譯得太過生硬，病句連篇。或是語序不通，或是句式雜糅。感覺就像是對於英文原有結構的生硬套譯，沒有進行理解，以及進行適閤中國人閱讀習慣的調整，最終導緻整個文本...

Some arguments, in particular, Dworkin's theory of adjudication, are quite powerful attacks on legal positivism, while others, are less plausible and comprehensible construction a consistent theory of jurisprudence would entail.
