神经学与心理学谈到过很多问题,唯独没有提及判断力,而判断力的崩溃恰恰是造成神经心理失调的根本原因,康德的哲学理论,还是经验主义和进化论的观点,都认为判断力是高级生命和智商的第一要件,但机械的古典神经学却忽视曲解它。如果追溯这些悖论始于何时,我们可以发现,它们自从神经病学创立之初就已发端, 随着神经病学的发展,这些悖论就一直存在并越来越明显。古典神经病学中提到的观念也没有错,但构成我们生命本质的“心智”,不仅具有抽象化和机械性的特点,还非常人性化:它不仅能够分辨归类,还能不断感觉和判断。人一旦丧失心智功能,就会像电脑一样.同样的道理,如果把某个人的感觉与判断功能删除,那他就再也不能认识具体的客观事物了。
