Professor Anne-Marie Brady, BA, MA Auckland, PhD ANU is a specialist in Chinese and polar politics based at the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand. She is a fluent Mandarin speaker, who specialises in Chinese and polar politics. She is editor-in-chief of The Polar Journal, and has written nine books and over forty scholarly articles on topics ranging from China’s modern propaganda system, foreigner-management in China and competing foreign policy interests in Antarctica. Her latest monograph examines China’s polar policies.

书名起的不错。主要讲了中共后学运时代在思想工作和宣传工作上面的变化。除了现在看起来不新鲜的将专家、网络、娱乐、市场等要素整合进宣传体系中,比较不错的是开篇两个大表展示了中宣部领导和指导下的机构牵涉之多。引导舆情的策略虽然整理的不系统也算有趣。算是将中共的宣传系统呈现了个大概,尤其是相较于过去的新变化呈现出不少。问题是理论性略低,只停留在描述,变化的原因、过程和效果没有系统讨论。有点泛泛而谈,缺乏能够呈现微观行动者层面的案例。
