這本書本來不是很厚，一開始感覺難度還不如《about face 3. 交互設計精髓》，結果看完像是脫瞭層皮...原因很多，比如像很多人說的，翻譯很糟糕，讀起來十分吃力；但更主要的是，他都講得實在太詳細瞭，比如用戶調研方法那篇，每種方法主要步驟當中，穿插著人物數量時間安排...

對英文原著給的是5星，中文的，如果有負分的話，真想給個負分。 翻譯的同學，我覺得你還是要稍微對原著有點尊重。如果實在看不懂的話，還請譯者從google翻譯直接抄過來好瞭，就這樣都比你自己翻譯的清楚。 我懷疑Y就沒認真看過書的內容。隨便舉個例子：P64頁，“麵嚮任務的訪談...

同時整瞭英文版和中文版，一起看，絕對是好書，強烈推薦！！！ 但是 中文版的翻譯實在是太爛瞭，偷工減料，難於理解。我這樣的英文二把刀居然看英文版比看中文版快，而且也容易懂 建議大傢直接看英文版吧～
