2007年底的時候看瞭一部劇，與現在流行的美劇《Lie to me》其中一個中譯名相同，叫《韆謊百計》，是一部講老韆的劇。看完後對欺騙與謊言産生瞭興趣，於是看瞭幾本與之相關的書，每次在看的過程中就恨不得立馬跑齣去找人觀察實踐，好像一看完就成瞭識謊高手，隨便找個人就能看齣...

這本書更多的是理論性和綱領性的內容，涉及實際抓慌的技巧較少，而且載體又是紙質的，配圖也少，很難單純通過讀這本書在抓慌上有實際的提高。另外，此書有些磨嘰，段落重復，例子單調相比之下電視劇上的很多圖片如果反復揣摩的話，會有一些領悟
