这本书帮我找到了“成佛”的大门，意义深远。但这本书和宗教无关，它直通人的本质。我认为这本书会对每一个想要修身养性，想要为人的人，影响深远。虽然看上去是一本冥想的入门书，但我更愿意把它看成是处世为人的入门书。它教会了我如何和自己相处，如何和世界相处，还带来了额外的好处。
