看瞭衛報的評論。還好，沒有過多的瑣碎。政治背景不大可能拋得開，作者是個聰明的女人。

前兩個短篇就是開胃菜，後麵每一個短篇都是緻鬱的神傷。看完接下來後的每一個短篇都鬱結得想去操場跑圈。所有給li Yiyun的韆年祈願打三星的中國讀者一定被深深地傷害瞭中國人的感情。作者算是個溫柔的人，處處手下留情瞭

I liked Extra(school), After a Life(ending) and Death is Not a Bad Joke(quadrangle life) over the other stories. When ever Li forced non-relevant historical context in, the stories were unpalatable.
