同時整瞭英文版和中文版，一起看，絕對是好書，強烈推薦！！！ 但是 中文版的翻譯實在是太爛瞭，偷工減料，難於理解。我這樣的英文二把刀居然看英文版比看中文版快，而且也容易懂 建議大傢直接看英文版吧～

Mike Kuniavsky挺好的一本書全讓湯海這孫子糟踐瞭。丫翻譯後的根本不是中國話，語死早。這孫子不會是直接榖歌翻譯，復製過去的吧。不過這本書的內容的確挺好的，介紹的夠全麵。有識之士要是能再弄個好點的重譯本，就perfect瞭

看過好多本可用性的書，這本講解得最全。囊括瞭數據驅動的可用性最佳實踐，簡明扼要。關於統計方法的講解非常好，適閤入門。

從可執行性的角度上來說，這本書應該是滿分。對於任何一名新手，參照這本書，你可以快速的上手幾乎所有的提高用戶體驗的Qualitative Methods(實在不知道怎麼翻譯成中文)。 前文鋪墊的內容也給齣瞭很明晰的用戶體驗，用戶接口的定義以及討論。 大概唯一缺少的就是一個更高的高...
