迈克·库涅夫斯基是旧金山用户体验咨询公司Adaptive Path的创始合伙人。他从1994年开始从事开发商业网站,是获奖搜索引擎HotBot的交互设计师。他的设计作品和著作发表于很多出版物,包括WebMonkey,ID Magazine,《连线》,《华尔街日报》和《洛杉矶时报》。

评分够详细够全面,详细的有点过头了,最适合初学者看了。不过部分内容,还是有待深挖。毕竟是几年前的书了。 btw,国内公司很少这么科学决策的,除开bta,所以实践者要有不受待见的心理准备。 (豆瓣你是不是疯了,要多少字啊。。。。。。)
评分同时整了英文版和中文版,一起看,绝对是好书,强烈推荐!!! 但是 中文版的翻译实在是太烂了,偷工减料,难于理解。我这样的英文二把刀居然看英文版比看中文版快,而且也容易懂 建议大家直接看英文版吧~

评分高屋建瓴的大作。 但是对于一般创业型小公司,感觉在特定的时段和环境下,截取相应的只言片语作为参考都受益很多。 书中的很多方法论是财大气粗公司的做法。对于创业型小公司只能参考。
评分如果是introduction还是蛮合适的,可以作为check list来参考,但是边做边学会更有效喔
