从可执行性的角度上来说，这本书应该是满分。对于任何一名新手，参照这本书，你可以快速的上手几乎所有的提高用户体验的Qualitative Methods(实在不知道怎么翻译成中文)。前文铺垫的内容也给出了很明晰的用户体验，用户接口的定义以及讨论。大概唯一缺少的就是一个更高的高...

够详细够全面，详细的有点过头了，最适合初学者看了。不过部分内容，还是有待深挖。毕竟是几年前的书了。 btw，国内公司很少这么科学决策的，除开bta，所以实践者要有不受待见的心理准备。（豆瓣你是不是疯了，要多少字啊。。。。。。）

同时整了英文版和中文版，一起看，绝对是好书，强烈推荐！！！但是中文版的翻译实在是太烂了，偷工减料，难于理解。我这样的英文二把刀居然看英文版比看中文版快，而且也容易懂建议大家直接看英文版吧～
