評分整本書例子很多,但多為商業例子。大抵上認為此書適閤商人看,而不是設計工作者。換言之,就是給不瞭解以用戶為中心的設計的人來看個新鮮的,也許在他們看來應該很有用吧。其實不太理解為什麼此書會作為一門設計課的教材…
評分首先就覺得這個分類不是那麼準確,有點牽強附會,其次,所有的這樣把人歸類的行為,都可以稱得上的過於簡化。
