Dr. Robert Cialdini has spent his entire career researching the science of influence earning him an international reputation as an expert in the fields of persuasion, compliance, and negotiation.

Influence: Science and Practice is an examination of the psychology of compliance (i.e. uncovering which factors cause a person to say "yes" to another's request) and is written in a narrative style combined with scholarly research. Cialdini combines evidence from experimental work with the techniques and strategies he gathered while working as a salesperson, fundraiser, advertiser, and other positions, inside organizations that commonly use compliance tactics to get us to say "yes." 大名鼎鼎的Influence,看的是第五版,看了两遍。说起来内容架构很简单,就是Reciprocity,Consistency,Social proof, Authority, Scarcity, Liking这么几种心理决策时的shortcut。说起来其实应该算是心理学研究成果的一个在实践中被证明有效的子集。当然本书的一大特色就是在攻防两端都会有一些建议,所以在操作层面相较于其它心理学类书籍就会更实用一些。
