这本书的精华只有一章，提出一个结构框架，然后整本书就是具体展开这个框架。框架不错，但解释的工作很一般，没有体现出一个麦肯锡顾问的才华，这么说吧，要么是顾问文笔不行，要么是翻译文笔不行。但就案例来看，讲得很浅，似乎随便说下就结束了，难道是钓鱼让你去找他培...

这本书我看了三遍，因为没有更多的案例，感觉还是吃透麦肯锡整套的思维方式，工作中应用到一部分他的解决问题的思路，收益良多。个人感觉在结构化思考和工作专业能力的养成方面，麦肯锡都是我们最好的教员。
