这书也就值一小时看，虽然案例有点意思，中心思想就是两个找到你的niche market, grease the wheels, 最后就是客服了listen to your customers。结果边打游戏边看花了两个多小时，又不efficient了。。。

这本相对于all marketers are liars，更多是例子堆砌。唯一印象深的是its safer to by risky.
