帶著巨大的興趣看完瞭霍剋尼的這本書，不過我想先從其他地方說起。 美國自然的特性，特彆是它的巨大、未經耕作的原始麵貌，以及毫不做作的樣子，翻新瞭歐洲對自然的詮釋。在這些自然景觀裏是否存在印第安人的蹤影？梭羅從那些古老足跡，以及耕作天地時殘留在地麵上的餘跡提及...

神作。縱使油畫被稱為西畫，這些西方的大師也沒有對傳統理所應當的接受，而是用質疑和身體力行的方式來驗證。可惜的是中國的老師們隻會告訴學生去練好基本功。藝術的價值不僅僅在於視覺呈現的效果，是否閤理，是否自然，是否有意思？透鏡的使用本身無可厚非，問題是使用的方法...

大衛霍剋尼，英國著名藝術傢，與佛洛伊德培根是親密夥伴，本書我覺得非常值得購買讀，十四五世紀是偉大的世紀，大衛對古典藝術的解讀讓人在討論古典藝術時改變瞭討論基礎，這是非常瞭不起的行為，就憑這一點，足以嚮他緻敬。
