有的地方很好笑，有的地方太假了，亚马逊上读者评论得对，真正抑郁的人不是这样的，没有这么好条件这么任性的人怎么办。

I was expecting some wisdom and good humor until I found all the quirkiness and sitcom effort in this book are pretty annoying and stupid. I can relate to her a few times as I do understand suffering anxiety and depression, but then I felt insulted every time when she was weirdly trying TOO hard and got SO proud of it.
