路上读书解读: 1.会员经济让商品的使用权代替了传统的所有权，客户和商家更紧密绑定 2.会员经济的公司四类：数字订阅Netflix，网上社区facebook，线下忠诚度星巴克，传统公司银行。 3.吸引忠实会员四个阶段：搜寻那些知道你的品牌但还没有接触过公司产品的人；这些人中的一部分会体验公司的产品，进一步了解公司；一些人会注册成会员；注册会员中的一部分人会长期使用产品，最终变成忠实会员。 4.会员变为超级会员: 扫除障碍，即时好处，推广奖励。 5.提高超级会员忠诚度:提供指导，收费透明，跟踪用户行为。 6.评估会员经济可行性:转有没好处，细分市场会员经济是否饱和，转型要透明且做好各方面准备。

2016年第94本。看的是台湾的中译本，叫《引爆会员经济》。理念概念上很清晰，虽然实例分析太浅了，但对我还是挺有帮助。

为了做选题，读了一半。前面的逻辑梳理、对会员基础概念的介绍还不错。但欠缺特别务实的分析，一些案例写的也太简单了。目前还不知道讲会员业务的好书有哪些。
