评分路上读书解读: 1.会员经济让商品的使用权代替了传统的所有权,客户和商家更紧密绑定 2.会员经济的公司四类:数字订阅Netflix,网上社区facebook,线下忠诚度星巴克,传统公司银行。 3.吸引忠实会员四个阶段:搜寻那些知道你的品牌但还没有接触过公司产品的人;这些人中的一部分会体验公司的产品,进一步了解公司;一些人会注册成会员;注册会员中的一部分人会长期使用产品,最终变成忠实会员。 4.会员变为超级会员: 扫除障碍,即时好处,推广奖励。 5.提高超级会员忠诚度:提供指导,收费透明,跟踪用户行为。 6.评估会员经济可行性:转有没好处,细分市场会员经济是否饱和,转型要透明且做好各方面准备。
评分为了做选题,读了一半。前面的逻辑梳理、对会员基础概念的介绍还不错。但欠缺特别务实的分析,一些案例写的也太简单了。目前还不知道讲会员业务的好书有哪些。
