前几天读Mahmood写欧中心secularism semiotic ideology对于认知和表达伊斯兰宗教sensibilities的不充分，很喜欢她的写作，就拿这本来读。田野对象是埃及女性在70年代开始的mosque movement，通过主被动freedom概念的引入，作者叫板liberatory politics中的种种关于sense of agency的立场假设-万一在特定的历史与文化建构中，个体行为并不在“logic of repression and resistance”的图景当中呢？万一特定的projects,discourses & desires并未能被这一套话语体系所充分捕捉呢？（这里因为读过她写semiotic ideology就非常能够理解她的动机) 她的写作不

对后结构主义取向的社会研究中agency/resistance分析框架更加基要的质疑，这些社会研究中并没有走出对人类主义自由主体的假设、并把分析者眼中的对自由的欲望视为绝对唯一的。。当然，这样的批判同样没有走出主体哲学的框架。
