是看瞭《精益創業》而想到的延伸讀物。讀完之後，覺得應該先看這本書，後看《精益創業》。這本書講的更細，同時涉及麵更廣更大。它閤適已經創業的和想創業的各行各業的朋友們。就算不想創業，翻看一下也會有所啓發。並且它在附錄還把書裏的各種方法做瞭匯總分類，做成“備...

整體來講，感覺寫的很不錯。解決瞭一些疑惑。對於一直從事技術開發，從事科研的人員進行創業，是本不錯的指導。不過第一遍讀完，感覺還沒有完全理解。後麵有機會再讀一下，進一步理解消化，最好結閤實踐。
