虽然主要观点都在“Positive Psychology”里阐述过，但关于完美主义的分析一直是Tal的课程中带给我最多感悟、最多收获的。英文阅读多少还是影响了理解的连贯性，以致断断续续花了两个月才读完，或许再看第二遍时会好一些
