真如作者介紹的隻有13個字就能概括：隻吃食物，彆吃太多，以植物為主。作者是一個記者，通過對營養學的瞭解寫成瞭這本書，可見外國齣書比中國還要方便，中信竟然引進這樣的書。沒什麼枯燥讀不懂的實驗論據，都是一些通俗易懂的話語。但是我想瞭解的是如果說服我，不吃垃圾...
