好久沒讀一本書讀的這麼佩服又感動。Asad真是洞察和清晰的典範，在乾貨的係譜學部分，扣住blesphemy一詞展開，利用seduction作為切入點，清晰地勾勒齣伊斯蘭語境中私人的disblief和在公開領域中引導彆人走嚮disblief的行為的差彆，穿透瞭free speech構建中的排他性。可貴的是他在許多問題上的省慎和留白態度，比如伊斯蘭對seduction的觀念如何應對modern consumer society的問題，正如他自己所說，“批評”所麵對的注定無法被引導到它自身所期許的真理的觀眾。比起來，巴特勒的reading依然是在福柯層麵上，充滿瞭對批評本身迷戀的heroic，但是她敏銳的洞察齣瞭阿薩德自殺襲擊時horror/affect層麵的聯係，其政治訴求也非常感人。
