Andy Puddicombe is a registered Clinical Meditation Consultant and a former Buddhist Monk. His meditation training has taken him all over the world. Andy returned to the UK in 2004 and set up Headspace with one simple aim in mind: to demystify meditation and make it accessible and relevant to as many people as possible.

英文通俗易懂,除瞭數息法沒有什麼太多技巧性的東西。至於將冥想帶入生活中的所有感知是以前就有的概念,所以吸收的內容並不多。整本書都像在大篇幅重復的絮絮叨叨,更多在介紹他的網站。不過Headspace這個app以前也免費體驗過,感覺不錯,後麵收費就沒有再用。不過冥想始終是對自我意識的清理,更多要靠自己去察覺去體驗去認識。
