（Herminia Ibarra）

欧洲工商管理学院的组织行为学教授。在2002年进入欧洲工商管理学院之前，她曾在哈佛商学院任教13年。伊瓦拉博士曾被《哈佛商业评论》评选为"21世纪最重要的50位管理思想家之一"。

伊瓦拉博士本科毕业于迈阿密大学，并且获得耶鲁大学的硕士和博士学位。
