读的英文版，这本书是本真正的神作！！！相比GTD来说要基础得多，提出了很多很搞价值的，关于时间管理的基础理论——时间管理的“循环系统”由四部分构成：to-do list，life goal，schedule，calendar。以及“压力管理”，“管理老板”等概念，非常不错！学习时间管理，这本书应该是第一本书！
