First book I've finished in 2019. It's astonishing to figure out how toxic parents lead to their children's self-loathing, self-hatred, low-esteem etc. Looking back matters in the sense of we can eventually be self-defined. It not only teaches how to cut off the toxicity, but also paves a way for us to be "healthy" parents.
