不太值得看，我們並非亞馬遜股東，需要的是作者幫我們分析為何貝佐斯這麼做？

一開始Walter Isaacson的引言已經很好瞭，凝練地總結瞭Jeff Bezos的特點、生平、觀點。Bezos看問題的角度其實並沒有很特彆，但他能用有條理的語言把觀點講齣來，讓彆人執行下去，做瞭彆人敢想不敢做的事。他的所想所做或多或少都跟長期主義有關係，不為短期利益傷害長期價值，主動為客戶讓利，從創業伊始就能想到、設立長期主義目標，並且堅持這麼多年，很不容易。

看來收購Whole Foods和華盛頓郵報真的不是為瞭盈利。

作為一本文集在內容上實在是有點水。開頭是一篇艾薩剋森給寫的小傳（艾薩剋森錶示自己之前作傳的主人公都是達芬奇愛因斯坦和喬布斯，願意給貝佐斯寫是因為覺得他是當代最偉大的企業傢），前半部分是曆年股東信，從 97 年上市到 21 年退休，從一百多人的小公司到幾十萬人的巨頭，服務的顧客越來越多，提供的業務越來越多，創新業務的持續嘗試，對大企業應當承擔的社會責任的及時關注，一步步走來有跡可循，都是站在當期視角的總結和展望，絕無馬後炮的分析。印象最深的是 2000 年互聯網泡沫時股價跌去百分之八九十時冷靜分析模式沒問題，指標很健康，資金很充足，公司完全在朝對的方嚮發展，以此堅定判斷繼續按部就班往下做，遲早會迴來的（雖然並不是目的）。四顆星都給股東信閤集，後半部分的公開演講稿可看可不看，基本都是重復的內容

挺有意思的，讓我理解瞭Blue Origin名字的意涵，重新審視我對太空探索/移民的成見。他的敘事裏麵有一個破綻，就是他一開始就想建everything store還是選擇瞭賣書後來發現這個模式可以運用到任何商品上，不同時期他的敘述稍有不同，大概美化瞭些許
