從What the best college students do追隨過來，很多地方還是很有啓發的。比如：1.學生“學”比老師“教”更值得關注和評價；2.教書不是為瞭找齣幾個優秀的學生（有時候真的會這樣），而是讓所有學生不僅學到新的知識，還有新的思考問題的方式；3.如果可能的話，連微積分這種看似闆上釘釘的死知識也能教活，比如讓學生自己“發現”微積分；4.教師應該不斷自我評價完善提高。說起來下學期的兩門課都是新課，尤其是一門帶學生瞭解科研領域的課，覺得可以試試不像平時那樣每節課都準備充分，而是讓學生討論嘗試來發現問題，再一起慢慢解決問題。講真要這麼做自己會有些不安，但超級小課（大概就四個學生）不試試，大課就更難瞭～

隨時拿起來讀一兩個章節還可以，集中的看完會覺得有點悶，所以給個三星半吧。不過我覺得，不管是不是要做老師，這本書都應該讀讀，對學生對孩子的教育，還有錶達自己，都有不少的益處。我還會再讀一遍。
