在遇到真正的問題的時候再讀這本書感覺就好像是口渴時候遇到的一瓶礦泉水的樣子，如飢似渴。有原則性的東西，也有實際操練的提示，更有具體的場景，甚至是對話或者具體的郵件，具有非常強的指導和參考作用。對於從技術人員往管理方嚮發展絕對是本不可多得的好書。
