第一次真正讀完一本心理學的書，還是英文原著，本以為一個月啃完，用瞭一個周，讀的酣暢淋灕，以歐洲史為基礎，分析人在各個時期freedom的變化。但是最感慨的還是書的最後：有多少你覺得自己努力追求的其實隻是周圍內化給你的，當人不再因為外在的因素而選擇職業愛情生活的時候纔是freedom。讀的過程中想到瞭民族奴性、施虐受虐型人格，放下後卻有種無力感……
