戴維·剋裏斯特爾（1941- ），英國著名語言學傢，於1966年獲得博士學位。執教於英國多所大學，從事語言和語言學問題方麵的寫作、講課和定期廣播講座工作。著作超過90部，齣版專著有《現代語言學詞典》（商務印書館，2000）、《何為語言學？》、《語言學和語音學基礎詞典》、《病理語言學》、《誰關心英語的用法？》、《注意聽你孩子的說話》等。
