這本書是我大學某門課的教材，一開始很抵觸，因為是全英文的，但是細細讀來，發現寫的真的很不錯，如果能夠剋服語言障礙，讀完這本書，對於理解美國法律，很有幫助

相比國內的其它法律英語教材，本書無比優越！短短3百多頁，就可以讓我們對美國法律有個大概的瞭解。而且作者語言地道，引用案例豐富，處處引人思考！不足的是，翻譯的單詞不準確，翻譯也很生硬！給齣注釋單詞的英文解釋更好！
